Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial has launched a job offer to find a person to fill the position of Editor for its International Non-Fiction imprints.

The job can be carried out both in the group's offices in Madrid as in the ones in Barcelona.

The main functions of the position offered are the following:

• Search for new content by carrying out trend scouting at an international level.
• Analysis of the economic viability and commercial potential of the proposed projects.
• Contracting and negotiation with agents and publishers.
• Coordination and cross-cutting monitoring of the books with the rest of the company's areas.
• Managing the editorial programming: costings, review of translations, writing of briefing and back cover texts, approvals, metadata, etc.
