The Federation of Publishers Guilds of Spain will participate in the 39th edition of the Guadalajara International Book Fair, which will take place from November 29th to December 7th, with Barcelona as the Guest City of Honor.

The days dedicated to professionals will be December 1st, 2nd and 3rd. The Guadalajara Book Fair is the main event in the publishing and cultural sector in the Spanish-speaking world. Its objective is to promote the development of the publishing sector, reading, promotion and marketing of books and other publishing products in Mexico and the Ibero-American market.

It brings together publishers, librarians from Ibero-America, the USA and from the interior of Mexico, booksellers, writers, literary agents and international distributors. These professionals, like every year, meet to discuss issues related to publishing, make commercial agreements and talk especially about literature and culture in general.
