Interview with Mónica Gutiérrez, the author of 'Club de lectura para corazones despistados'.

Mónica Gutiérrez was born in Barcelona and has a degree in Journalism and History. From her personal webpage she comments on readings, carries out various cultural activities and collects readers' opinions on her favorite works.

She also collaborates as an article writer in other blogs and teaches a reading club to bring classics closer to teenagers.

She has been awarded several prizes and honorable mentions in short story and poetry contests, and for the last few years she has also been writing fiction, especially feelgood novels, but she is also a lover of British literature, humorous and charming. She describes herself as a 'recalcitrant reader, tea drinker, friend, traveler, dreamer and absent-minded'.

She is the author of ten novels: Una Navidad escocesa, Club de lectura para corazones despistados, Sueño de una noche de verano, Próxima estación, El invierno más oscuro, Todos los veranos del mundo, La librería del señor Livingstone, El noviembre de Kate, Un hotel en ninguna parte, and Cuéntame una noctalia.
