The scientific publishing production of forty-six Spanish universities and research centers is presented at Liber 2024 to all the international professionals who will attend this edition, which will be held in Barcelona from 1st to 3rd October.
More than 600 invited professionals from 65 countries and 7,000 visitors, according to the forecasts of the fair's organizers, will be able to learn about the latest research published in the areas of Social Sciences and Humanities, Science, Technology and Medicine and the dissemination of culture and science at the UNE stand (115, Hall 2), a space that will host the latest developments from its associated publishers.
The aim of Liber over these three days, explain the fair's organizers, is to "boost sales of Spanish publishing production, both nationally and abroad, highlighting especially its impact on the markets of Latin America and the United States". "It is estimated that one third of the annual exports of the Spanish publishing sector are generated at this fair," they emphasize.
