The Publishers' Fair (FED) is back for its thirteenth edition, with more than 330 Spanish-language publishers, five international visitors, fifteen symposiums and the awarding of the Bookseller's Work Award.
The fair will be held at the Art Media Complex in Chacarita from Thursday, August 8 to Sunday, August 11. Admission is free.
Since 2013, the FED has been promoting meetings between readers and publishers to talk about books, catalogs and reading experiences. Publishing projects from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela and Spain participate in the Publishers' Fair, offering their best titles and novelties in fiction, essays, poetry, music and film, social sciences and humanities, journalism, illustrated books and albums, graphic novels, among others.
In this edition there will be 15 lectures with the participation of Argentine and international book world designators. Among the many presentations we can highlight: Perspectives in curating for a literary dialogue Brazil/Argentina; The feminist economy disarms 4 myths of the liberal economy; Narrations of desire; and Practical resources to promote books on Instagram and TikTok.
