The Spanish Confederation of Guilds and Associations of Booksellers of Spain (CEGAL) is launching a new call for entries for the Cultural Bookshop Award 2024.
The deadline for submitting projects to compete for the 26th edition of the Cultural Bookshop Award will run from July 9 to September 30, 2024.
The prize has a financial endowment of €7,407.41 (19% income tax withholding, total to be received: €6,000.00) thanks to the support of the Spanish Ministry of Culture. The prize will be awarded in the last quarter of 2024 and will be presented in November 2024. Within that month, the date of the celebration event, which will take place in the awarded bookstore, will be agreed with the bookstore.
