The novel 'Xacona' (Males Herbes), by Jordi Masó, and 'Materiales de construcción' (Random House/Periscopi), by the Basque Eider Rodríguez, are the winners of the Llibreter 2024 Awards,

for Catalan Literature and Other Literatures, respectively, granted this Thursday by the Gremi de Llibreters de Catalunya.

In the category of Children and Young Adult Literature in Catalan the winner is 'I diumenge, meteorit', by Albert Pijuan, published by Animallibres, while in Children and Young Adult Literature of “Other Literatures” the distinguished work has been 'Manual de panadería mágica para usar en caso de ataque', by T. Kingfisher (Ursula Vernon), published by Gran Travesía and Indòmita in Catalan.
