The Federación de Gremios de Editores de España (FGEE) has announced the first names of the winners of this year’s Liber Awards, which will be presented on October 2nd.,
as part of the activities of the International Book Fair, Liber 2024, to be held at the Gran Vía exhibition center of the Fira de Barcelona from October 1st. to the 3rd.
In this edition, the FGEE has recognized with the Liber Award for the best audiovisual adaptation of a literary work to the film “El maestro que prometió el mar,” directed by Patricia Font, with screenplay by Albert Val and produced by Minoria Absoluta, Lastor Media, Filmax and Mestre Films AIE. It also awarded the Liber 2024 Prize for the Promotion of Reading in the Media to the program La Cultureta on Onda Cero's Más de Uno.
