life, and customs that take the reader away from the everyday and hold him firmly in its grip. Thus, as it happens in this selection that grows with the passage of time and with which we travel and shudder.

This is a very personal selection, in which you will find fascinating titles that are very good examples of crime novels.  Not all the noir outstanding titles are included, the list would have to be much longer, but the ones we present here are unquestionably good. And we also hope that it will bring new surprises.
