Once again, lovers of good literature have the opportunity to vote for those books they consider exceptional to form part of the renowned Cálamo Awards for the year.

Awarded since 2001 by the Zaragoza bookstore Cálamo, they recognize the best books of the year according to the criteria of the bookstore and its readers. These awards have become an important barometer of the popularity of the works, as well as a wonderful guide for readers who are indecisive on what to pick, since the curation work of the team led by Ana Cañellas and Paco Goyanes, stands out for its thoroughness and success.

At the same time, the bookstore rewards other works and authors that, in their opinion, also deserve recognition, through the Otra Mirada Award and the Premio Extraordinario Award.
