Interview with Toni Aparicio for “Quien esconde tu secreto,” a psychological thriller that will delight lovers of the genre.

Nadia is a happy woman. She has fulfilled her professional aspirations; she has a relationship with the man she loves and a wonderful son.

She lives in an elegant neighborhood, in a perfect house for her and her young family. However, happiness does not last forever. Everything begins to crumble when she receives an anonymous message in which her husband is accused of murder.

TL: Toni, “Quien esconde tu secreto” is your fourth novel. A work that consolidates you as one of the figures of the genre in Spain. Is crime addictive?

TA: In recent years, thrillers have conquered readers all over the world, although the truth is that this type of literature has always been there. It is not surprising that it is the genre most in demand by readers today, since a good thriller can be something more than that, if you include subplots that are even more attractive than the main story itself. Furthermore, we are all eager to know what lies beyond. We want to know the dark side of things. We are curious and a good book can be that key that takes you safely into an unknown world.
