In this interview she tells us about her career (ActualidadLiteratura). María Teresa Álvarez García was born in Candás.

She graduated in Information Sciences and was the first female sports reporter on Asturian radio, a documentary filmmaker and the first presenter of the regional TVE program in Asturias. And she is also a writer.

As a journalist, she worked in internships at the newspaper El Comercio and collaborated with La Voz de Asturias and the RNE stations in Uviéu and Radio Popular de Avilés.
