The International Book Fair has exceeded all expectations for professional attendance, with a total of 9,235 visitors, from more than fifty countries, which represents an increase of 10% compared to its 2022 edition.

Added to the general satisfaction conveyed by the participating companies, for the operations and contacts made, are the important figures of this edition, which has exceeded all expectations, both in participation and in professional assistance.

In terms of participation, it also registered high growth, bringing together the offer of the Spanish publishing industry from 373 companies from 13 countries, of which 210 were direct exhibitors, the highest number in the last 6 years, which has meant a growth close to 80%. Once again, this trade shows demonstrates the important role it plays in the promotion of the Spanish book industry in foreign markets.

The next edition of the International Book Fair will take place in Barcelona the first week of October 2024.
