for “the poetic power and musicality of verses that resonate in the unconscious,” as reported by The Ministry of Culture and Sports of Spain Friday, September 29.
Published in 2022 by Hiperión, “Los Trabajos sin Hércules” “is a memorable collection of poems whose concise vocation leads to flashes of sensitivity and reflection on the present,” said the jury, adding that Gómez Molina, “with an unusual freshness, revisits classical mythology integrating tradition into a masterful x-ray of the problems of everyday life.”
