Patrimonio Nacional Heritage will honor the writer José Luis Sampedro with a few workdays at the Palacio de Aranjuez.

Patrimonio Nacional and the Association of Friends of José Luis Sampedro have organized literary days to honor the writer on the tenth anniversary of his death and will be held on October 2, 9 and 16 at the Theater of the Royal Palace of Aranjuez.

'Recordando a José Luis Sampedro desde Aranjuez' will focus on three facets of the writer: the narrator, the economist and the playwright, and will be held on the first three Mondays of October at the Theater of the Royal Palace of Aranjuez, a town where Sampedro lived and where part of his work took place.

The president of Patrimonio Nacional, Ana de la Cueva, has framed the initiative in the institution's purpose of revitalizing its spaces and enriching the cultural offer: "We want to offer, in addition to the tourist visit, other activities that stimulate cultural life.”
