“El Espejo del cerebro” is a popular book written by the Spanish research director, professor of mindfulness and cognitive sciences, and author Nazareth Castellanos.

The work was published by the La Huerta Grande publishing house in 2021, as part of a collection dedicated to essays. Since its release, a large audience has appreciated the way the writer took the time to explain in simple words how the brain works.

The human mind is complex, encased by a delicate and fascinating infrastructure. Neuroscience scholars generally share very little with laymen, so all non-scientists lag slightly behind in knowledge. In this sense, Nazareth Castellanos comes down from the stage and tells the public some interesting facts about the good use of the neurological material that we have.
