A Coruña will once again become the universal capital of the world of comics to celebrate, from August 7th to 13th, the 26th edition of the international exhibition Viñetas desde o Atlántico.

The illustrator from A Coruña, Manel Cráneo authored the 2023 poster for this benchmark event, which will feature six major exhibitions, as well as discussions, visits, book signings, film screenings, music and workshops for professionals and children.

The mayor of A Coruña, Inés Rey, has presented this morning a preview of the programming for this 26th edition of Viñetas desde o Atlántico. "It will be a very special edition, because after a quarter of a century this festival is taking a new direction, promoted and organized by the A Coruña City Council together with the A Coruña comics industry, with an exclusive program of high international level," she pointed out.  In the next few days, the complete program of the exhibition will be disclosed.

The great pioneers of comics in Spain will be one of the main protagonists of Viñetas 2023.
