Jesús Marchamalo has been awarded the National Prize for Cultural Journalism, corresponding to the year 2023. The prize, granted by the Ministry of Culture and Sports, is endowed with 30,000 Euros.
The jury has highlighted the writer and journalist "for his long career and years of dedication to our culture and for his commitment, generosity and enthusiasm with which he has always developed his work in cultural journalism. Due to the importance of his contributions to the enrichment of Spanish cultural life, both literary and artistic, which has helped in the promotion of writers and creators.”
