LIBER 2023 will host, for the moment, more than 250 companies in 160 stands.
Madrid will once again host the largest international meeting of the book industry in Spanish on the celebration of the 41st edition of LIBER. The International Book Fair, which is organized by IFEMA MADRID and promoted by the Federation of Publishers Guilds of Spain (FGEE) will be held from October 4 to 6 at the Madrid Fairgrounds. After more than four decades of experience, the outstanding presence of the leading publishing companies has consolidated this fair as the number one trade show dedicated to books in the Spanish language, and as the main business and professional exchange center in the industry.
In the middle of the commercialization process, the participation expectations for LIBER 2023 are excellent and everything indicates that the fair will offer the widest overview of current editorial production. To date, more than 250 companies have confirmed their presence throughout 160 stands, figures that already place this edition above the total representation reached in 2021, the last one held in Madrid. Some of the major publishers that will be at LIBER 2023 include Penguin Randon House, Planeta, and Anaya, among others. Likewise, we must highlight the return to the fair of many of the publishers that were not present during the post-pandemic editions.
