Carmen Mola returns with a bang with a historical 'thriller' that mixes love and death in colonial Cuba.

Carmen Mola will make us travel to colonial Cuba to immerse ourselves in a new and long-awaited thriller, “El infierno,” which the Planeta publishing house will present next fall, specifically, on October 4th.

With this title the publisher marks (with the permission of the Planeta Award, which will be awarded on October 15th) its great release of the year, in Spain and Latin America. The first edition run will be around 400,000 copies, destined to please the two million readers who follow Mola.

The trio of writers and screenwriters -Jorge Díaz, Agustín Martínez and Antonio Mercero- "hidden" years ago under the pseudonym Carmen Mola, became visible when in 2021 they won the Planeta Prize with “La Bestia,” their best-selling novel.
