He is an active member of the Horror Writers Association (HWA) and the Asociación Española de Fantasia, Siencia Ficción y Terror, AEFCFT, (Spanish Association of Fantasy, Science Fiction and Terror)

TL: Could you tell us a little about your life and literary activity?

JGM: I was born in Cádiz 43 years ago and I think I've been writing since I read novels. In my childhood that was an extension of the reading experience, although it didn't take long for me to become professional. I think that, specifically, by reading the prologues of Stephen King's novels, which were similar to a blog in this era, in which he told us what the publishing world was like from the inside.
