The library of the University of Salamanca is now the owner of a copy of "Jerusalem conquistada, epopeya trágica," a work by Lope de Vega, published in Barcelona in 1609, which has been donated to the educational institution by a former student of the Master Program of the university – Título Propio de Escritura Creativa en Español, María del Carmen del Pilar Viñuela

The donation, "free, definitive and irrevocable", as stated in the act signed by the Dean, Ricardo Rivero and María del Carmen del Pilar Viñuela, has been made due to the special relationship of the donor with the University of Salamanca and fulfilling the wishes of her father, who bought the work at an unknown date in Madrid, in the Antonio de Guzmán bookstore.
