The three writers had an animated conversation about books and life in the Los Martes cycle of El Cultural.
The alleged existing prejudices about genre literature or the difference between high and low literature were some of the issues discussed in the lively colloquium held at Los Martes de El Cultural by three of the Spanish writers most esteemed by readers and critics: Rosa Montero, Juan José Millás and Lorenzo Silva.
The coordinator of the literary section of the magazine, Nuria Azancot, was threading the conversation with her questions and the three authors, very talkative, exchanged impressions, compliments, memories and even got into an affectionate discussion. It was the case of a charming, as always, Rosa Montero and a playful Juan José Millás who made the audience that filled the Ramón Gómez de la Serna Hall of the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid burst into laughter on several occasions with their witticisms and confessions, while he, like a good comedian, always kept a serious face.
