The LOEWE Foundation announces the 36th LOEWE Foundation International Poetry Prize 2023 in Spanish, open to authors of any nationality.

Authors of any age can opt for this award. The period for submitting materials began on March 28th, 2023, and will close on June 26th, 2023 at 23:59 CET. For submissions by post mail, the date of the postmark will be considered, so its legibility is essential. In any case, those received after the month of July will not be accepted.

The work presented must have a minimum of 300 verses in Spanish. The theme and the meter are free. Each author may submit a single collection of poems.

The prize money for the LOEWE Prize is €30,000 and the winning work will be published in the Visor de Poesía Collection. With the desire to promote young creation, the LOEWE Foundation plans a Young Creation Award for people under 33 years of age, endowed with €12,000 and the publication of the book in the Visor de Poesía Collection.
