Barcelona, May 9 (EFE). On June 22nd the Plaza & Janes publishing house will launch again in Spain the fantastic series "A Song of Ice and Fire", by George R. R. Martin,

whose books have been translated into more than 45 languages, and which has sold almost one hundred million copies worldwide.

Although Penguin Random House was already publishing the titles of the acclaimed author in Latin America, the literary relationship between Plaza & Janes and George R. R. Martin in Spain began in November 2018 with the launch of the first volume of "Fuego y Sangre" (Fire and Blood), the prequel to "Canción de hielo y fuego" (Song of Ice and Fire) on which the television series "The House of the Dragon" (HBO Max) is based.
