Soraya González: «The university edition has changed a lot, to the point of saying that it practically does not exist».

We continue with our walk through the bookstores of our country. In this case, we stopped at El árbol de las letras, a university bookstore in Valladolid that has been serving university students and readers eager to find good manuals and enriching literature in this house of books for 20 years. We talked with Soraya González, one of its owners.

More than 20 years as a university bookstore. Did you expect to be over two decades old when you started?

Uncertainty always exists, for this and more, but when we opened, we took it as our profession for a while, we came from working as employees in another bookstore for nine years and we couldn't work on anything else.
