The promotion of books in Spanish in Southern California is growing steadily.

In the previous edition (April 23, 2022) Editorial Planeta had a wide selection of books in Spanish at the Los Angeles Times area in the University of Southern California.

An example of this is the Los Angeles Times Book Festival that will take place on Saturday and Sunday April 22 and 23 on the campus of the University of Southern California.

The event includes sales and presentation of books as well as conversations between different authors. Since it is in Los Angeles, the guest list includes several celebrities such as Laura Dern and Matthew Perry, to name a few.
