The Council of Ministers has approved, at the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Sports, Miquel Iceta, the appointment of Carmen Páez Soria as President of Cultural Industries, Intellectual Property and Cooperation.
Carmen Páez (Madrid, 1983) has a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (E3 Program) from the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE) and is a member of the Superior Corps of State Civil Administrators since 2012.
She began her professional career in the field of the public sector in the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, where she was Deputy Director of Intellectual Property and an adviser in the field of intellectual property rights management.
