The report published by the researcher Iñaki Vázquez Álvarez is a mesoeconomic and mesoanalytic approach to the book production process in Spain.
A few months ago, the report entitled Structure and economic dimension of the book production process in Spain was published in the ThinkEPI academic yearbook. This report offers, through 43 in-depth interviews with experts, the statistical analysis of 23 years (1996-2019) of data offered by the Panorámica of the Spanish edition and the study of the financial statements of 2,683 companies, a series of data and novel conclusions, allowing us to understand from another perspective the structure and economic dimension of the book production process in Spain.
