The Asociación Colegial de Escritores (ACE) signed an agreement with the Confederación Española de Gremios y Asociaciones de Libreros (CEGAL) to obtain data on the circulation of their work without going through the publishers.

This mystery of the books sold will soon diminish thanks to this signed agreement and authors will be able to see almost in real time the copies that are sold in around a thousand bookstores under the umbrella of CEGAL. A similar agreement will also be signed with the Federación de Asociaciones de Ilustradores/as Profesionales de España (FADIP).
