The best published books in the year prior to the call will be awarded in the following genres: Art Books, Bibliophile Books, Facsimile Books, Children and Young Adult Books and General and Popular Works.

The Official State Bulletin of February 16th has published the Resolution of February 7th, 2023, of the General Directorate of Books and Promotion of Reading, for which this award is being announced.

As in other editions, the object of the prize is to reward the excellence of the books published and printed in Spain in their different genres.
