All OpenBooks events will be available virtually through open access platforms and will be supported by all social media in the publishing industry.

OpenBooks, the new virtual initiative to connect young people with possible careers in the book industry will be launched to the public on February 22nd and 23rd, 2023 through the Publishers Association website. Explaining career options, identifying pathways, and positioning the book industry alongside other inspiring creative industries such as film, television and music, OpenBooks is a series of free and accessible online events for young people aged 14 to 19 years old, and especially those from underrepresented backgrounds.
