The Valencian publishing group, made up of the Bromera, Algar, Tàndem, Animallibres, MésLlibres, Diálogo and Tilde labels, exceeded 7.5 million euros in turnover in 2021.

The groups Planeta and Bromera have reached an agreement for the incorporation of Planeta as a shareholder of Bromera, with the purpose of giving continuity and propel the successful cultural and business model of the Valencian publishing group.

The agreement, in addition to the participation of Planeta as a shareholder, contemplates giving the Bromera Group independent management; the continuity and drive of its strategic lines; the social and environmental commitment and the defense of the Valencian culture and guarantees to continue in Alzira, where the company's headquarters and its 60-person team are located, as well as many of their regular collaborators and auxiliary companies.
