La Caja de las Letras opens to receive the "in memoriam" legacy of the Argentine writer Ernesto Sábato (Rojas, June 24th, 1911-Santos Lugares, April 30th, 2011). It will be next Wednesday, January 11th at 10:00 am. Entry to the Caja de las Letras will be restricted, but the activity will be broadcast via streaming through the direct channel of the Instituto Cervantes, on the Instituto Cervantes YouTube channel and in person from the Instituto Cervantes assembly hall with free admission. 

The award ceremony for the Caja de las Letras will be chaired by Luis García Montero, director of the Instituto Cervantes. In the delivery of the legacy, will participate Mario Sábato, writer and filmmaker; Esteban Avilés, President of the Córdoba Tourism Agency of the province of Córdoba (Argentina); Sebastián Boldrini, Secretary of Tourism of the Municipality of Villa Carlos Paz (Argentina), and Pedro Jorge Solans, writer and journalist.
