Black novels have continued to thrive this year, as have the many contests that populate almost all our Vetonic geography. Precisely the novel that we liked the most this year is from the content director of Valencia Negra.
So, he knows a lot about the subject at hand. It is none other than Santiago Álvarez with his prodigious novel “Muerdealmas”, the title alone is already telling us many things about the protagonists who leave the city, after being released from a psychiatric hospital, to take refuge in a small town in the mountains of Castellón. A plot that will become more complicated as the pages turn, and that has the rare ability to make the book unputdownable.
