Josep Maria Pou wins the 2022 Atlántida Award

Josep Maria Pou will receive this award on November 21st, within the framework of the 37th Nit de l'Edició.

Since 1986 the Gremi d'Editors de Catalunya annually awards a person or entity distinguished for advocacy and promotion of culture in general, the safeguarding of intellectual property, and/or the promotion of reading. The prize is given by a jury made up of editors and journalists.

Since the very first call for entries, in 1986, the Atlántida Prize has gone to highly relevant personalities such as Václav Havel, Jacques Santer, Viviane Reding, Javier Solana, Jordi Savall, Juan Manuel Serrat, Jaume Plensa, Isabel Coixet, Jordi Herralde, Lluís Pascual, Carme Riera, the three oldest bookstores in Catalonia, and the Tricicle theater company, among others.
