For several years, Spain has been working on this proposal for the Frankfurt Book Fair to be held from October 19 to 23.

With the slogan "Overflowing creativity," Spain participates as Guest of Honor at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2022, which will be held from October 19 to 23. It is the largest book trade event in the world, where 80% of copyrights are traded. A privileged window from which to show the strength of the Spanish publishing sector and the recovery capacity of the ecosystem of books, letters and the current Spanish cultural industry.

With the participation of nearly 200 authors and more than 300 exhibitors, it is evident that Spanish creativity goes beyond territories, borders, continents, cultures, languages, age or gender. And, at the same time, the translation of our authors’ works and the internationalization of the publishing industry are promoted.
