Pere Lluís Font wins the National Award for Best Translation 2022 and Juan Gabriel López Guix the National Award for the Work of a Translator 2022.

Pere Lluís Font was awarded the National Prize for Best Translation, corresponding to the year 2022 for the translation of Pensaments i opuscles by Blaise Pascal (Editorial Adesiara).

The jury recognizes Juan Gabriel López Guix “for his extensive and brilliant career, not only in terms of its quality, but also for his excellent and careful documentation and research work. A career in which he has been able to successfully deal with special complexities, such as those related to linguistic variation and the creative and playful uses of language.»
