Not even his most faithful readers know how many books he has written throughout his life. They are close to two hundred, but not even he knows it.

Juan Eslava Galán (Arjona, 1948) walked the last Madrid Book Fair with a new volume about his travels through the Holy Land and is about to publish his next title: “La Reconquista contada para escépticos.” He is 74 years old, and still has the same desire to work as always, an unalterable routine, a wife and some friends who love and care for him, and a book yet to be written about the history of Jaén over the last century and a half.
