The Organizing Committee of LeáLA – Spanish Book Fair and Literary Festival – yesterday announced its calendar for the 2022 edition, which will take place from August 25 to 28 LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes de Los Angeles.
Under the theme “Let’s unite the words”, and paying homage to the Mayan culture, in accordance with its vocation to reaffirm pride in the language and our cultures, LéaLA, the most ambitious program for the dissemination and promotion of books and reading in Spanish in the United States of America, and the organizers confirmed that this year it returns to the Book Fair format, with exhibition areas of various publishers that publish in Spanish and thus bring titles closer to all Angelenos.
As in previous editions of LéaLA, it will feature writers and creators from Mexico, the United States and different Latin American countries who will open a dialogue with the community in a program that will last four days in 2022.
