TodoLiteratura interviews the writer Nerea Riesco

"La ciudad bajo la luna" is the title of the new novel by Nerea Riesco. A suspense novel in four eras and four places

the Seville of the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929, the New York of the Prohibition era, The Havana at the beginning of the 20th century and the France of the Great War. It all starts with the appearance of a corpse that seems to have suffered traces of violence on the day the Graff Zeppelin lands for the first time in Seville.

With a deft hand, the writer from Bilbao who has been living in Seville for years, unfolds a multiplot that she handles to perfection. Nerea Riesco writes both poetry and writing manuals, but it is in narrative where she is most comfortable, both in historical and criminal fiction. “La ciudad bajo la luna” has a mature taste that, like the writing of F. Scott Fitzgerald, attracts the reader from the first line.  In the interview, she reveals to us a little secret about her new novel published by the Algaida publishing house.
