Luis Solano, Editor of Libros del Asteroide: "Reading is an expensive pastime, expensive in time, not in money, and therefore you have to be right with what you choose."

With the clear conviction of establishing itself as an independent publishing house, Libros del Asteroides began to take its first steps in 2005 in Barcelona. It was created to make space for the fundamental works of universal literature of the last seventy-five years, although over time it has also turned towards the contemporary.

On the way to Frankfurt 2022, we have spoken with its founder, Luis Solano, to get to know this publishing house up close, which has published more than 200 works and which treasures a bag of good reviews materialized in awards and recognitions, among which is the National Award for the Best Cultural Editorial Work, given by the Ministry of Culture in 2008.
