The first part of the 25th. Bookshop Congress has focused on the announcement of the creation of a Book School, on the analysis of the Map of Bookshops 2022 and on the assessment of public contracting processes in bookstores.

On the first work morning of the 25th XXV Bookshop Congress, organized by the Confederación Española de Gremios y Asociaciones de Libreros (CEGAL) (Confederation of Booksellers Guilds and Associations), has hosted the presentation of the projects for bookstores and for the value of the book industry during the period of 2021-2023 which was financed by Next Generation resilience funds.  The results of the first study of customer service at the point of sale carried out with the 'mysterious customer' method, the Bookstore Map 2022, local and European experiences of public procurement was conducted in order to assess how it can benefit the entire book industry.
