The San Fernando Book Fair (Cádiz) will be held from in the Plaza de la Iglesia from June 20 to 26 and will honor Almudena Grandes, Lorca and Camarón.

This edition will host an important lineup of great names in literature in its programming, highlighting Federico García Lorca, Almudena Grandes, and Camarón de la Isla.

The mayor of the city, Patricia Cavada, pointed out that the intent of this year’s fair is that "the urban fabric of the city, culture and economic revitalization go hand in hand." This new edition, the first after the pandemic, will have great moments during the seven days. Among them, we must highlight various acknowledgements and presentations that recall the 30th anniversary of the death of Camarón de la Isla, such as his relationship with the work of Federico García Lorca through albums such as La leyenda del tiempo, which will be the opening conference led by the prestigious Hispanist and expert Ian Gibson.
