The Gijón Book Fair 'FeLiX 2022,' will start on June 16 focusing on children and young adults.

The Gijón Book Fair 'FeLiX 2022' will be held from June 16 to 19 with a total of 24 Gijon bookshops, 39 publishers and almost 90 authors. An edition with a program of activities focused on children and young adults, as highlighted by the Counselor of Culture of the Gijón City Council, Manuel Ángel Vallina, and the novelist and coordinator of the fair, Jaime Priede, in the presentation of the fair at the Center for Culture, which is the former  Jovellanos Institute (CCAI).

FeLiX 2022 will have two locations for the book stalls, both on Paseo de Begoña and on Calle Tomás y Valiente. As for the cultural programming—divided into the Latin America, Conflics, Encounters, Poetics, Felixina, and Youth Zone sections—, the activities will take place at the CCAI, the former School of Commerce, and in two tents that will be located on the promenade of the Paseo de Begoña.
