The congress will be held in the Casa del Lector in Matadero, Madrid (Plaza de Legazpi, 8), of the Fundación Germán Sánchez Ruipérez. The congress is designed to be a practical and useful meeting, with presentations and training workshops that contribute to improving the results of the work of booksellers.

With the slogan of “Mil mundos, un universo,” the 2022 congress wants to symbolize the strength of bookstore diversity that, not withstanding, acts in solidarity to face the common challenges of this time: reinforcing the role of bookstores as cultural agents and local businesses, betting on their technological adaptation and respect for its function within the book industry machinery.
