The Minister of Culture and Sports, Miquel Iceta, along with the project's curator, Elvira Marco, and the president of the Spanish Association of Publishers’ Guilds, Daniel Fernández, presented the “Spain as Guest of Honor Program at the 2022 Frankfurt Book Fair,” to be held next October.

With the motto "Creatividad Desbordante” (Overflowing Creativity), the Minister of Culture and Sports has presented this June 9th the program of “Spain as Guest of Honor at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2022,” in which almost 200 authors will participate in all the languages ??of Spain.

The event, held at the Goethe-Institut in Madrid, was also attended by the project's curator, Elvira Marco, and the president of the Spanish Association of Publishers' Guilds, Daniel Fernández. The author Irene Vallejo also took part, representing the dozens of authors who are part of the trade show’s literary program and the director of the Frankfurt Book Fair, Juergen Boos.
