The Encounter of Independent Ibero-American Bookstores and Publishers "Otra Mirada," is the prelude to the Frankfurt Book Fair 2022, which this year has chosen Spain as the Guest of Honor Country.

Barbastro hosts on May 18th and 19th the fifth edition of this international encounter with literature.

Publish, distribute, sell, promote; Analyzing the work of publishers, bookstores, distributors and trade shows in a changing environment is the objective of "Otra Mirada," the Meeting of Bookstores and Publishers which, after being held in several Latin American countries, this year has chosen Spain as its venue, and specifically, to the Huesca city of Barbastro. On May 18th and 19th, the Congress Center of the city in the Aragonese Pyrenees, will become the epicenter of the book, providing a space to discuss the challenges faced by this tool which, after two years of pandemic, has been confirmed as a source of culture and sociability.
