Spain will be the Guest Country of Honor at the Bogotá International Book Fair in 2025, to reinforce the internationalization strategy of the book industry.

The Ministry of Culture and Sports will be the guest of honor at the Bogotá International Book Fair (FILBo) in 2025, after accepting the invitation of the Colombian Book Chamber. The presence of Spain in FILBo follows the steps of the strategy set for the internationalization of the book pursued by the Ministry of Culture and Sports inside the Book Round Table and will be preceded by a reinforced presence of authors and publishers in the 2023 and 2024 editions of the Fair.

In 2022, Spain will be the Guest of Honor at the Frankfurt Fair and will also be at the Slovenian Fair. Next year, it will be present in Calcutta, and in 2024 in Guadalajara, Mexico.
