The work of the cartoonist Isaac Sánchez was presented yesterday at the headquarters of the Cervantes Institute in Madrid.

The official poster for the 81st Madrid Book Fair, made by cartoonist Isaac Sánchez, pays homage to comics, a work that will illustrate the upcoming literary event to be held from May 27th to June 12th in the Retiro Park.

Isaac Sánchez wanted to "pay tribute to the comic genre and its great talents, so present in everyday reading" and at the Madrid Book Fair itself, as he explained at a press conference held at the Cervantes Institute headquarters in Madrid. And he has done it "both through the technique of black lines on color, as well as presenting a sequence idea in some kind of vertical vignettes", as he pointed out.
